Applied AI Engineer, Enterprise GenAI

Scale AI is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to work on Enterprise GenAI solutions. In this role, you will solve complex technical problems for enterprise customers, building and deploying generative AI applications that transform how organizations leverage their data. You will design and implement custom LLM-based solutions including RAG systems, fine-tuned models, and agentic workflows. Working directly with enterprise clients, you will translate business requirements into production AI systems that deliver measurable value. This is a customer-facing technical role where you will combine strong ML engineering skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will shape how the world's largest organizations adopt and deploy generative AI.
